Professor Dot Griffiths OBE is Deputy Principal of the Business School at Imperial College London. Within the Business School she is Professor of Human Resource Management and also Head of Programmes. She has worked as a consultant to a number of large and small organisations both in the UK and internationally.
She has spent her entire career in higher education and is passionate about the role of education in transforming opportunities for individuals and communities.
At QPCS she is a Partnership Governor and sees her role to be to bring her experience of universities and business to the service of the school and its students. She is the Link Governor for the current (2010-11) Year 8 and for Science.
She is also a Governor at Salusbury School, a Non Executive Director of Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and Chair of the Feminist Review Trust.
